SERVICING OUR COMMUNITIES IN MARCO ISLAND AND NAPLES, FLORIDA

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

The Fall of 2005 emerged the birth of Service Professionals of Florida (SPF). Built on the premises of “Taking Service a Step Higher”, the business centered its operations off the Golden Rule “One should treat others, as one would like others to treat oneself”. This philosophy is what has driven SPF to become “Marco Island’s most referred A/C Mechanical Contractor”. Our business has grown organically from referrals, without the need for marketing or ads. Working with over a decade with my son, CJ Allen since 2006 & long-term General Manager, Abigail Javier- MacDonald since 2009, I knew that the future of my Succession Plan was nearing its debut. 2020 was going to not only be the beginning for change and growth, but would pave its way for my Succession to the New Generation. Safeguarding our tomorrow and raising true leaders in the industry, has been one of my biggest passions. I have always advocated mentorship, constant supervision and have been known to over compensate in theory lectures! Our personal involvement helps shape a culture of accountability and affords our industry to invest in leaders who can mold and foster our future.

As we venture on to our next chapter, I am honored for our valued customers to be part of our Succession plan. It has been my fervent hope to be able to pass my legacy on to the people I love.

Over the past decade, CJ & Abigail have been instrumental to our growth and resiliency today. With this set of combined leadership, we are driven to work on the growth required and to best serve the community on Marco Island, as well as all of Collier County. Together, we have cultivated a culture with ethics and reliable service. Our satisfaction is directly correlated to your satisfaction. We will continue to show our valued customers the same driving force of professionalism while offering the highest levels of customer service. We look forward to impressing you with our level of service where we always strive to, and promise that we are “Taking Service a Step Higher” for you too.

CJ ALLEN
CEO
CJ grew up in the trade at a young age, while playing and sweeping in his father's First Business. His “official start” began when he was 18, where he apprenticed under his father, Chuck Allen. After dedicating time cross-training in several field applications ranging from Residential Cooling Systems to Refrigeration and Pool Heaters, CJ has fully advanced and refined his diagnostic skills. He has developed to be a well-rounded, conscious technician, and a spatial innovator in this industry, who has not only garnered much of his experience from his father, but also by working on a variety of region-specific applications. While taking journeyman courses at the Steamfitter’s Union in Pittsburgh, PA, CJ worked as a service technician at Fazio. He embraced the opportunity to work on several large commercial refrigeration Rack Systems to self-contained applications, typically found in large scale grocery stores such as the Giant Eagles, Walmart and Target. CJ decided to return to Marco Island after a few years and come back to the family business with a new vision on life and what he wanted.
“A vision is not a picture of what could be; it is an appeal to our better selves, a call to become something more” ~ Rosabeth Moss Kanter
When asking CJ what he prides himself the most, he states: “My family is my greatest achievement. With that, I must pride myself in every aspect of my life so that I can offer the best version of myself to my family along with my career. Whether it means customer relations to the performance and end-result appearance of my job, I take my commitment seriously. From a supervisory standpoint, there is a systematic process and attention to detail that needs to be adhered to. Being able to assure basic completion of maintenances to advanced service call troubleshooting or a multiple system A/C installation, I pride myself in managing an efficient process of checks and balances. This is a challenge that I enjoy overcoming on a daily basis. As I step into my new role as partner, I am excited for our new endeavor as I embrace new challenges and responsibilities that come with running a company with the partners I have.”
On CJ’s personal time he enjoys spending it with family, his wife Mekensi and his two children, Madison and Chase. CJ and his wife enjoy taking their kids on hikes and playing at home in the yard and playground. When not at work or spending time with his family, CJ enjoys his second passion, fishing.
